OK. Did you catch the problem with that story? Here’s the relevant sentence
Forlemu, an illegal immigrant from Africa, had no prior felony convictions and was released on personal recognizance.
This man was in our country illegally! For this ass-hat judge to release this scumbag on his own bloody recognizance is a joke! The sentence should have read like this
Forlemu, an illegal alien from Africa who had no prior record since violating our laws to come into this country, was promptly turned over to Immigration Services and deported back to whatever 3rd World paradise he came from.
If you enter this country illegally, you are a criminal. Criminals need to be dealt with.

Is the store owner going to be prosecuted as well. He may have been scammed but he was trying to get money illegally. If he was stupid enough to fall for the pitch, he deserves to not get his money back. As for Forlemu, our uninvited guest, he should prosecuted and sentenced and deported and fined and in some of those countries, they cut off the hands of theives…..sounds good to me.

Before coming this country to live, I had to make a long line at USA Embbasy. the people waitting in the line looked and acted like potencial “illegal inmigrants” to get a “Tourist Visa”, They looked alike real poor people that barely knows how to read or write in their mother language. The most extrange fact was; 90% of the times they got a 5 years “tourist visa”.
