Sarah Palin: Too Little, Too Late?
While I certainly think that the selection of Sarah Palin as McCain’s veep has re-energized the party, I don’t really think it’s enough to stop Obama. I used to say that Obama was going to eat McCain’s lunch come November. Now I think he might just eat McCain’s appetizer, but Obama is still going to win. I just don’t think it’s going to be the landslide I originally predicted: .

On the bright side, you’ll never be happier to lose a bet than on Nov. 7. Looking forward to my lunch.
I sincerely hope you watch the interview with Couric where she throws out gems like:
“So health care reform and reducing taxes and reining in spending has got to accompany tax reductions, and tax relief for Americans, and trade — we have got to see trade as opportunity, not as, uh, competitive, um, scary thing, but one in five jobs created in the trade sector today.”
The first part of that, before the -, is really something.
